I called Craft Cleaners of Lexington MA and asked if they could remove a nail polish stain from my comforter. They said that they would try, but made no promises. When I went to pick up my comforter all of the color ( a seafoam green) had been taken out of it. The comforter was now gray. When I told the girl at the counter she said to talk to the owner. I went home and got my matching pillow sham to show the owners the difference in color. I was SHOCKED at the way the owners treated me, as if I were responsible! They first accused me of dying the pillow shams, then of washing the color out of the comforter before I brought it in. Basically I was told that I was lying and had fabricated the whole thing just to get a new comforter. They refused to compensate me for my $200.00 comforter or even to apologize for their incredible rudeness. I would seriously warn anyone from doing business with these people. They also own American cleaners in Watertown, MA. Trust me the customer is NOT right at Craft Cleaners! Sue Rochefort, VERY dissatisfied ex-customer.
