After having my second shirt torn from this cleaner I went in to ask why did they continue to clean the shirt if the tear was actually before the cleaning. I was told that it does not matter even if the tear happens by the machines they are NOT liable and will not pay for the shirt. I was told that they have no idea how old my clothes are or if they are able to take the abuse of the equipment. And if I do not like then I should not bring my clothes to this place. |

I decided to call some other cleaners after being told to go somewhere else if I do not like my clothes torn. Most places inspect the clothes before entering equipment and if a RIP or TEAR is found it is put aside and brought to the customers attention when they return to pick up clothing. I was also told that if I leave the store then return then I am at fault. So warning to all check your clothing before you leave this place!!!!! |
