7962 Wornall Road Kansas City, MO location: I slid down my driveway and de-iced my car, arriving at 10:02 only to be told that I could not get same day servicesince it was past 10:00. The counter help did take pity on me and agreed to same day service for my son's suit that he needed for the next day's Advent Program at church, but not anything else I brought in. I fugured she was answering to some strict store policy, so okay, fine. By the time I got home I had a message left by the manager asking me to call. I am a reasonable person, and could have handled being told the reasons why they're so strict on their policy and politely ask me to be more considerate next time. This man kept repeating himself, and he was obviously frustrated by the fact that so many people try to push their policies, but I only know my story and told him so. He kept interupting me, obviously not interested in my opinion, and finally said he didn't care if I continued to be a customer or not (!) and hung up on me. I've had decent service from them in the past and would like to be a loyal customer, but cannot in good conscience continue giving my money to a place that is managed by someone so rude and unreasonable. I'm obviously not the only who's been made to feel de-valued since discovering reviews for this business on yahoo and elsewhere were equally as bad.
