Never take your garments to this Drycleaner for alterations. I dropped a pair of suit pants off almost 3 months ago and have yet to receive them back. The employees claim my pants went to another customer and he will not return there calls. I have been in contact several times with the store to try to get a credit for the lost pants and the manager will not take my calls or return repeated messages I have left with his employees

Review	They lost a pair of my pants. They admit it and yet will only reimburse 10x the charge or $19 (after 2 weeks) even though the pants cost nearly $100 with alterations.
