I have brought my dry clean only items and press only items to reeders for about a year. They are courteous but at times they indicate that items will be ready on a certain day, and when you go in to pick it up they say the items are still not ready. When you travel and need your shirts that is a big problem. I talked to the owner and he seemed unconcerned and kept saying to me " I don't know what you want me to say". |

I brought some only press items to reeders and have specifically asked only to press the suits and at times they cry clean the suits. If you have suits you know how shiny a suit gets if you repeatedly dry clean them. They seem not to always follow directions. They clean things ok when they need to but as an overall service experience I don't think they really care about their customers. If there was a cleaners closer to my home I would go somewhere else. |
